In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Owens; brothers, Billy, Paul and Gary “Cotton” Fultz; and sisters, Lucille, Lucy Alice and Edna Fultz, Mary Tabor and Beulah Perry.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. A graveside service will be held Monday, December 27, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Owens Cemetery in Smokey Valley, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the family requests that appropriate social distancing be observed.
