Kathy Vamvakos, age 94, of Chicago. Beloved wife of the late Thomas Vamvakos. Devoted mother to Marina Vamvakos, and John (Cindy) Vamvakos. Cherished YiaYia to Ashlie (Lee), Katrina (George), Thomas (Alexa), Mason, Samantha, and Avery. Beloved great YiaYia to Breyden, Doniven, Gunner, John, Harrison, Taitum, and Kinley. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Kathy was a wonderful cook and enjoyed gardening. Her greatest joy and most important thing was her family. A visitation will be held Thursday, November 18, 2021 at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church, 7373 N Caldwell Ave, Niles, IL 60714 from 9:30-10:00am. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am.
