Donna Cox Byrd

In the early morning hours of Saturday, November 13, 2021, while surrounded by her loved ones, Donna Cox Byrd, age 64, passed away at her residence in Hendersonville, North Carolina. The daughter of the late Owen and Nancy Jones Wilson, Donna was a native of Henderson County and was born on July 17, 1957.

A very loving mother, grandmother, and aunt, she had a special place in her heart for animals, especially horses, but most of all, Donna loved and adored her children and grandchildren.

Left to cherish her precious memories are two sons, Wesley Cox, and his wife Dovey and Michael Cox, and his wife Shelly; one daughter, Jessica Baynard, and her husband Chris; two grandsons, CJ Cox and James Baynard; one great-granddaughter, Aleigha Cox; and one niece, Rachel Wilson, and her son Everett Wilson.
