Bruce Alan Smith

Bruce Alan Smith was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 4, 1959 to Laurine Smith a single parent and later raised by both his mom and stepfather Robert Boyd.

Bruce was preceded in death by his step-father Robert Boyd.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and devoted mother Laurine Boyd; Three sons: Carlos Thomas, Darius Smith (Kassie), Brandon Smith; Three daughters: Delkisha Smith (Eric), Danitra Smith, Celena Smith; Grandchildren: De’Sean, Justice, Kailen, Uriah, Savion, Carlos Thomas Jr, Carlos Thomas III, Kayla, Darius (DJ), Carlee, Alexus, Mychal, Darius Jr.; Two great-grandchildren: Damir and Aaliyah. He is also survived by (5) brothers: John Smith (Eve), Harry Boyd, Duane Smith, Donald Smith, Robert (DeJay) Boyd; (4) sisters: Denise Johnson, Sharon Jones (Larry), Rachael Hayes, Charlotte Nelson; a host of nieces and nephews who proudly call him “Uncle Bruce”; and so many other relatives, colleagues, special and life-long friends whose lives he touched.
