Obituary for Seth Ray Sayer
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Seth Ray Sayer, age 32, of Payson, Arizona, passed away on October 18, 2025. He was born on May 26, 1993, in Flagstaff, Arizona, to Ray Sayer and Kori Sayer. A devoted father, beloved brother, and cherished member of the community.
Seth was a hardworking and talented carpenter, known for his skill, dedication, and craftsmanship. Beyond his work, he had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in hunting, hiking, and riding around in his dad’s bronco with his beloved dog, Odie. Those who knew Seth will remember his love for his family, his willingness to help others, his humor, and genuine compassion. To know him was to love him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Ray Sayer, and is survived by his loving mother, Kori Sayer; his cherished children, Kaivyn Sayer and Kasten Sayer; and his siblings, Brandy Busch, Klayton Sayer, Shad Sayer, Tammy Garcia, and Lisa Dyer. Seth’s legacy lives on in the memories shared by those who loved him and the family he held dear.
A celebration of life will be held by family and friends at the Oxbow on Saturday November 8th, 2025, at 1pm to honor Seth’s life and the impact he had on those around him.
Though he is gone far too soon, Seth’s love, craftmanship, and spirit will continue to live on in all who knew him. His memory will be held close and cherished always.
