Carson City power outage: Four incidents under investigation Wednesday morning

As of 10 a.m. Wednesday morning, NV Energy is reporting three incidents of power outages. It does not appear to be widespread; one is affecting around 25 customers, and the other nine, where the third, a combination of two sites, is affecting around 146 customers.

However, one Carson Now reader also said that at around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, there was another outage in South Carson.

NV Energy’s outage map lists the causes as unknown, and currently under investigation.

Other areas have seen power flickering Wednesday morning, but did not have continuous power failure.
