William Joseph Perdue

William Joseph Perdue, 23, of Mansfield, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

William was born on August 29, 1998 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was the son of Kenneth Perdue Jr. and Jennifer (Gilbert) Bowman. Little children always loved William. He loved and adored his siblings as they had a very close bond, and always encouraged them to focus on their interests. He loved upbeat music and loved Pokemon his whole life. He was a caring, giving man who was always willing to help others. Even at death, William was able to share the gift of life as an organ donor.

He leaves behind his father, Kenneth (Mary) Perdue Jr.; his mother, Jennifer (Timothy Jr.) Bowman; his much loved siblings, Jacob Perdue, Breidon Bowman, Allie Bowman, and Victoria Perdue; his grandparents, Terri and Tim Sweeney and Shirley (Gary) Perdue Grant; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Samuel Gilbert and Wayne Perdue; and a half brother, Cedric Bowman.

Family and friends may visit from 4:00-6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St. Funeral services will follow immediately at 6:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
