Walter W. Siebert
Walter W. Siebert, 96 of Lisle, IL, passed away on Tuesday, November 29 2022 at Villa St. Benedict. He was born September 5, 1926 in Springfield, IL to Conrad H. and Agnes A. Fuhrman Siebert.
Survivors include three nephews, Mark C. (Jae Yang) Siebert of Downers Grove, IL, James C. (Culleen) Siebert of Arlington Heights and John A. Siebert of Chicago.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Rita and four brothers, John, Robert, Albert and George.
Walter was a US Army Veteran serving during World War II in the Pacific Theater.
He lived most of his life in Chicago and also lived in Newark, NJ for a few years. He was a career attorney, working for Prudential Life Insurance Co. for over 40 years.
Walter was a longtime member of the Union League Club in Chicago, was an avid reader and a lifelong learner.
Graveside Service: 1:30 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Calvary Cemetery in Springfield, IL, where military honors will be conducted.
