Toodly Burton Brown, 41, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away Friday, August 6, 2021 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born in Columbia, South Carolina on November 21, 1979 to the late Toodly and Cheryl Brown.
Toodly was a forklift operator at Newman Tech for many years. He was proud of his Apache Native American heritage. A humble man at heart, Toodly had a big character and loved to joke around with others. He was a fantastic father to his son and gave such an unconditional love that he was loved by all who met him. Toodly was full of life and enjoyed fishing and traveling to try new foods. He was a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a big shoe lover, especially for Air Jordans. He loved and admired his best friend and dog, Chief.
Toodly is survived by his wife who he married June 30, 2013, Candice (Gregg) Brown; son, Amari Rasch; brother, Wyman Brown; brother-in-law, Damarion Davis; sisters-in-law, Courtney Gregg and Shanique Gregg; godmother, Sherri Banks-Nettles; godfather, Alvin Nettles; three nieces, Zariyah, Karmoni and Kaydence; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Main St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902. A memorial service will follow beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Mark Cobb.
