Roy Bailey Allison

Roy Bailey Allison, 90, of Hendersonville passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021, at the Elizabeth House in Hendersonville NC.

A native of Henderson County, he was the son of the late Noble F. Allison and Esther Morgan Allison. Roy was a Graduate of Mills River high school. He worked as a machinist for Olin Paper in Brevard NC. A veteran of the United States military, Roy served in the US Air Force. He was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church in Hendersonville NC.

Roy was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Imogene Allen Allison, three brothers Clyde, Marvin, and Bill, along with three sisters Reba, Mildred, and Mary Noble.

He is survived by a son Kenneth Allison, and two daughters Linda Frazier her husband Mel and Debra Anderson, one sister Lois Carter and husband Howard, two grandchildren Allison Cerulli, and Jennifer Knox and her husband Kevin, two great-grandchildren Charlotte and Henry Knox. Special caregivers Niesha and Paulina.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April, 13^th 2021 at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Hendersonville NC at 2:00 pm.

A time of visitation will be at the church on Tuesday, April 13^th 2021 at 1:00 pm.

All covid 19 restrictions will be in place for the services.
