Patricia Ann Vincent was born April 22, 1937, in Iowa County, Iowa, the daughter of Urie and Elsie (Yoder) Slaubaugh. She graduated from Wellman High School with the Class of 1955. Patricia was united in marriage to Charles Vincent on Sept. 17, 1977, in Keota, Iowa. She worked for Iowa Southern Utilities for 25 years. She enjoyed golfing, going on walks and playing cards, and her most enjoyable activity was going to the casino where she once won a car. Patricia passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022, at Keystone Place in North Liberty at the age of 85 years.

She is survived by her husband, Charles of Wellman; her daughters, Kris (Albert) Wilkins of Chariton, Iowa, Sherri (Michael) Furman of Iowa City, Iowa, and Charlie’s children, Susan (Paul) Vincent-Wolf of North Carolina, Paul (Sue) Vincent of St. Anthony, Iowa, and James (Kim) Vincent of Pleasant Hill, Mo.; a brother, Doug (Leslie) Slaubaugh of Wellman; and sister, Shirley (Bob) Kuhns of Wellman.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Glennis Speas and Fraynia Snyder; and three brothers, Melvin, Wayne and Robert.
