Ofelia B. Borja

Ofelia B. Borja, age 59, of Chicago and formerly of the Philippines, passed away September 27, 2021. Beloved wife of Antonio; loving mother of Katsky (Camille) Borja, Katherine Borja and Katya Borja; adoring grandmother of Xia Borja; devoted sister of Rodelo (Harumi) Bulanhagui, Violeta (the late Ibarra) Cabrera, Joselito (Ester) Bulanhagui, Novy (Jennifer) Bulanhagui and the late Rolito (Remy) Bulanhagui; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews; and loyal daughter of the late Valerio and Rosa Bulanhagui. She was a dear friend of many and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family.

Visitation Sunday October 3, 2021 2:00-6:00 pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago.
Funeral service Monday October 4 at 1:00 pm preceded by a visitation at 12:00 pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home.
