Newell Arp of Williamsburg passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022, at Highland Ridge Care Center in Williamsburg, at the age of 87 years.

A Celebration of Life service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Williamsburg. Burial will be at Pilot Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday before the service from 9 to 10:15 a.m. at the church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for St. Paul Lutheran Church.

The family is very appreciative of the care Newell received by the staff at Highland Ridge Care Center.
