Michael A. Levanti

Michael A. Levanti, 89, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on March 2, 2021.

He is preceded in death by his son Michael Kenneth Levanti. He is survived by his wife, Joan; daughter, Kathleen Price; and his granddaughters, Kimberly, Emily, and Samantha.

Michael was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Carmine and Lena Levanti. He grew up in Elmhurst, Queens, NY and is a graduate of Newtown High School. He graduated from Baruch College, CUNY, and began his business career at Prior Chemical Corp. in NYC where he remained for 44 years of which he was the President for the last 15 years.

He was proud to serve in the U.S. Army from 1955 – 1957.

In retirement, Mike enjoyed golf, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He is a member of St. Bede Catholic Church. A mass will be held at St. Bede Church at a later date and interment will be at the columbarium.
