Marvin Lacyus Russell

Marvin Lacyus Russell, 80,m of Mills River NC, passed away Monday February 14, 2022 at Universal Health Care in Fletcher, NC.

Marvin was born on October 21, 1941, in Albemarle, NC to the late Ellis James Russell and Pauline Hatcock Russell.

He was also predeceased in death by one sister Nancy Carolyn Russell. Three brothers Dewey Russell, Paul Russell, and his twin brother Melvin Russell, all of Albemarle, NC.

Marvin is survived by his brother James Russell and his wife Libbie, and a sister Mattie Stines, both of Mills River, NC. Marvin also was survived by 11 beloved nephews and nieces, 26 grand nephews and nieces, and 20 great-grand nephews and nieces.

He will be greatly missed by all.
