Lucille N. Hale

On Monday, May 10, 2021, we lost our pillar of strength. Lucille N. Hale, 94, of Mansfield, Ohio, passed away at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. She was born in Mansfield on July 3, 1926 to the late Leo and Bernice White.
Lucille was a good mother, friend and confidante. She enjoyed motherhood and raising her kids. In her younger years, Lucille worked at Hartman Electric and the knitting mill. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. She liked picture puzzles, crocheting, and watching birds and squirrels at the feeder at her daughter’s home.
Lucille is survived by her five children, Signe (Bill Leach) Esposito, Pamela Graham, Linette Jackson, Gregory Hale and Randall Hale; nine grandchildren, Lisa (Mark) Suska, William Esposito, Brian (Krystal) Hamilton, Tamara (Dave) Funk, Brent Jackson, Courtney (Scott) McKinley, Heather (Tom) Osborn, Beth (Brian) Conn and Stephen (Whitney Laughlin) Graham; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Chester Hale; three sisters, Florence Mosier, Sophia “Buddie” Stover and Angeline Carins; brother, Ted White; and son-in-law, Frank Graham.
A private family graveside service will be held at Mansfield Cemetery. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors was honored to served the family.
