Linda Kay Welker Foor, 65, of Mansfield, passed away late Wednesday evening, June 30, 2021, at her home.
She was born October 17, 1955, in Pontiac, Illinois, to the late Coy and Nellie (Fife) Fultz. She graduated from Mansfield Senior High School and was employed at Fuji Films for over 25 years. Linda was a loving and caring woman who enjoyed spending time at home playing games with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the quiet beauty of the birds feeding at her home. Linda enjoyed shopping and Sam’s Club was her favorite destination. She recently took a treasured trip to Silver Lake in Michigan.
Linda is survived by her husband of 17 years, Clinton E. Foor; daughter, Laura (Jason) Speelman; four grandchildren, Zec (Morgan) Speelman, Alex Speelman, Cortney (Shane) Bunker and Bryce Speelman; many brothers and sisters; a sister-in-law, Carrie Francis; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Steven M. Welker in 2001; daughter, Rebecca Welker; son, Eddie; grandson, Zachary Chance; and three sisters, Carolyn, Ruth and Phyllis.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. She will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park at a future date.
