Dear Grandmother of Samantha, Alexandra and Gabriel Jacobs and Ashley, Alex and Anthony Toledo. Grandmother to her cherished grand-dogs Slate and Jake. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 24th at 10am at Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N Sauganash Ave, Chicago, IL 60646. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. Memorial donations in Kathryn’s name can be made to The ASL Association.
