Janet M. Dvorak, age 89 of Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Walker, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the Evergreen Village Assisted Living Facility in Prescott. Janet was united in marriage to Vernon Dvorak on October 13, 1956 at Sacred Heart Church in Walker, Iowa. They owned a farm near Walker where they farmed until 1979, when they moved to Prescott. Janet was a member of Sacred Heart Parrish in Prescott.
Janet is survived by her son David (Rosemary) Dvorak, granddaughter Kaitlin Bell (Kenneth Knock), great-granddaughter Madilynn, great-grandsons Kenneth and Carter and her brother Richard (Marlys) Kayser. She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon, and her brother Louis Kayser.
The family would especially like to thank the caregivers at Evergreen Village Assisted Living for their loving care of Janet.
