Ina Michelle “Mickey” Hankins

Ina Michelle “Mickey” Hankins, 60, passed away on Friday, October 21,2022, in Clifton, Texas. She was born on February 11,1962, in Whitney, Texas to Jackie and Muzette Walls.

Mickey was of the Baptist faith. She was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and was affectionately known as “Nana” by her grandchildren whom she adored. She enjoyed photography, loved taking pictures of almost anything and of everyone. She never met a stranger, and she also had a great love for animals.

Mickey was preceded in death by her father, Jackie W. Walls and by her sister, Jackie.

She is survived by her husband, DeWayne Hankins; son, Michael Hankins and Stephanie; daughter, Diana Hicks and Jason; four grandchildren, Tyler, Addison, Elijah and Jernie; her mother, Muzette Inman and husband Doyle; brother, Mike Walls and Linda.

Graveside services will be held at 10am, Sunday, October 23,2022 at Hankins Cemetery in GlenRose.
