Edward Nelson Lamarre

Edward Nelson Lamarre, age 83, of Palatine IL. Navy Veteran. Born October 28, 1937 in North Adams, MA, passed away August 30, 2021. Beloved husband of JoAnn Whitlock Lamarre for 29 wonderful years. Devoted father to Edward Nelson (Melissa) Lamarre Jr. and Ellen Lamarre. Loving step father of four. Cherished grandfather of thirteen. Dear brother to Ernest (Marion) Lamarre, Bernice Hoctor, and Mary Lou (Edward) Moreau. Preceded in death by his parents Adrian and Josephine Lamarre, and his infant son Michael Lamarre.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed’s name to the American Heart Association.

A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 1-3 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.
