Donald Warren McNutt, 84, of Mansfield, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 29, 2021.
Born on February 18, 1937 in Portsmouth, Ohio, Don was the son of Fred and Gladys (Dixon) McNutt. Don was a dedicated husband to his late wife, Irene whom he spent forty seven blessed years of marriage with. He loved his children and grandchildren. Some of his fondest memories were of the times he spent with his grandchildren. Known in the Mansfield area, as the owner of Don’s Sunoco. He was dedicated to his business and needs of his customers for over fifty years.
He is survived by his children, Pamela (Gene) Rhodes-Mosier of Parker, Colorado, Robert (Paula) Blevins of Crestline, Kim (Jim) Blevins of Ontario, Mark (Annette) McNutt of Navarre, Ohio, and Donna Hilbert of South Shore, Kentucky; his adored grandchildren, James (Lindsey) Blevins, Ashley Blevins, Nicholas Blevins, Susan (Jim) Krodel, Shaun Walker, Crystal (Bernie) Bracewell, Brittany Blevins, Cody (Sarah) Blevins, Shyanna Blevins, Scottrisha Conn, Cindy Mabe, and Alan (Kathy) McNutt; numerous great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and his siblings, Mary Lou Dearth, Charles (Doris) McNutt, Judy Schlender, and Michael McNutt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Irene McNutt; his daughter, Norma Butcher; his granddaughter, Tiffany Ann Blevins; his great-grandson, Brody McNutt; and his brothers, Bill and Richard McNutt.
Don will be laid to rest at Mansfield Cemetery. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the McNutt family.
