Dennis K. Scully, age 79, of Oak Brook. Beloved husband of the late Bonnie J., nee Roelle, Scully. Devoted father to Dawn (Anthony) Varco, and Denise (Daniel) Burggraaff. Cherished grandfather and Papa to Taylor (Kevin) Ruda, AJ Varco, Mackenzie (Ryan) Juckett, Cameron Burggraaff, and Dannie Burggraaff. Adored great grandfather to Emmaline, and Everett. Loving brother to the late Brian (Marilyn) Scully. Dear brother-in-law to Sharon (Daniel) Moceri, and the late Carol (Ross) Lange and Margaret Roelle. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dennis was a Mechanical Engineer and over 24 years, rose up the organization to eventually become a divisional president at Elkay Manufacturing. A visitation will be held Tuesday, September 7, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago IL from 9:30-11:45am. A mass will follow at Queen of All Saints Basilica, 6280 N. Sauganash Ave. Chicago IL at 12:00noon. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.
