Willie Perkins

Willie Thomas Perkins, age 68, of Worthville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born September 25, 1956 in Carrollton, Kentucky, the son of Willie B. Perkins and Allie Mae (Law) Wallace.

Mr. Perkins was a 1974 graduate of Trimble County High School in Bedford, Kentucky, and a truck driver. He attended the Family Worship Center in Carrollton and enjoyed loving and caring for his family – especially his nieces and nephews – cooking, grilling and smoking food, and canning.

His surviving family includes two sisters: Barbara Wilson of Carrollton and Ruby Anderson and her husband, Charlie of Campbellsburg, Kentucky; one brother: John Perkins and his wife, Babara of Worthville; his dad, Clarence Wallace, Jr. of Bedford; and one grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, the former Tammy Mitchel; two daughters: Cara Skirvin and Cassie Slusher; one brother, Shupie Perkins; and one sister, Elizabeth West.

The Reverend Cody Brown will conduct the funeral services.
