Wanda Liberty

Wanda Marie Liberty, 59, of Peru was born in Plattsburgh, July 23, 1966, and passed away in her apartment Friday, October 24, 2025. Wanda is the daughter of the late George E. Liberty Sr. and Madeline J. Liberty (Martineau).

Wanda loved being outdoors, gardening, riding motorcycles, and sitting around a fire pit. Wanda loved having a good time listening to classic rock loud or playing cards with family and friends. Wanda had a kind heart and would help anyone she could. She was a very forgiving soul regardless of how deeply she was hurt.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children Robert Goddeau the 3rd spouse Sarah Goddeau, Heather Goddeau-Whitman and spouse Thomas Whitman, and Dalton Everist and life partner Deanna Russell, her grandchildren Makaela Goddeau, Landen Goddeau, Madyson Goddeau, Ethan Goddeau, Zachery Goddeau, Devin Goddeau, Koen Whitman and Brynnleigh Whitman, her siblings George Liberty Jr his spouse Rose Liberty, Terry Liberty and spouse Katherine Liberty, and sister Brandy Young her stepmother Joan Liberty and her loving friends Marlon Mcdonald and Michelle Johnson and many niece nephews and cousins

A celebration of life will be held at a date, place, and time to be announced.
