Timothy Blackburn

Timothy David Blackburn, age 55, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Tug Valley ARH in South Williamson, Kentucky. He was born March 12, 1970 to the late Thomas “Tombo” Blackburn and Dianna Sue Blackburn. He was of Protestant faith. Along with his mother, he is survived by his Sons: Brandon Blackburn and Andrew Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Daughters: Tiffany (Kaya) Hill of Bunnlevel, North Carolina and Whitney Meadows of Pike County, Kentucky; Brother Michael Blackburn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Sister: Elisa Blackburn and a host of Grandchildren, Nieces, family and friends. Along with his Father, he was preceded in death by his Son: Adam Patrick Blackburn. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him

Visitation will begin Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 3pm at the funeral home.

Memorial Services will begin Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 5pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.
