Rosaria Ricotta

Rosaria Gelsomino Ricotta, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2025 at the age of 99. Rosaria was born in Montemaggiore, Sicily.

On May 4, 1957, Rosaria married the late Gioacchino Ricotta. She is survived by her devoted Nephew Fedele(Denise) Gelsomino, daughter Maria Teresa Benton(Robert). Grand daughter Stephanie Mazilli(Luca) and two beautiful great grandsons, Christian and Vincent as well as many nieces and nephews.

Rosaria enjoyed cooking with her family and was especially known for her delicious cheesecake.
