Robert Zarrizski

Robert F. Zarrizski, 81, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at his home in Whitehall. He was the husband of Helen R. (Finnegan) Zarrizski and would have celebrated 60 years of marriage together this September. Born in Larksville, he was a son of the late Leon and Sophie (Kon) Zarrizski.
After graduating from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Robert worked as a CPA for a variety of businesses, including Peat Marwick & Mitchell of Bethlehem. He was also part-owner of J. H. Beers Inc. where he also worked as treasurer and secretary. Robert was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Egypt. He was a member of the Army National Guard and loved hunting, fishing, and golfing.
Above all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather and will be missed by many. Surviving along with his wife, Helen, are his sons Robert F. Zarrizski, Jr., James Zarrizski, daughter Kimberly A. Zarrizski, grandchildren Nichole, Jonathan, Kate, Kyle, Liam and Nathan, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Sylvia and brother Larry.
His calling hour will be held from 10-11am Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 4456 Main St, Whitehall Township, PA 18052. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am Wednesday at the church. Interment to follow at Egypt Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made in his name, payable to the church or to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, Grand Central Station PO Box 4777, New York, NY 10163-4777.
