Patricia Ann Clemens (Millard)

79, lifelong Canaryville resident and devout Catholic of St. Gabriel Parish, went home to be with the Lord and her dearly beloved friend Phyllis Richard on October 21, 2025. Beloved daughter of the late John and Lillian Millard (Cox); loving mother of Raymond (late Lisa) Clemens, Colleen (William) Sytsma; John Clemens, Richard, (CFD) (Barb) Clemens, and the late Brian Fagan; cherished grandmother of Erin, Alyssa, Josh, (CFD), Kaley, Andrew, Ryan, Emily, Johnny, Sean, (CFD), Natalie, and Claire and great-grandmother of Charlotte; dear sister of the late John Millard, and the late Tom (Mary Ann) Millard; loving aunt of Maryellen Millard. 

Visitation on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Chapel Prayers at 12:15 p.m. to St. Gabriel Church, 600 West 45th Street. Mass of the Resurrection 1:00 p.m. Cremation following in accordance with her wishes.
