69, lifelong resident of Chicago’s south side, passed away October 21, 2025. Beloved son of the late George and Edna Collins (Ronne); loving brother of Thomas (Betty) Collins, Maredith (William) Robertson; and the late Carol (late Herbert) Milnes; devoted Godfather of Carolynn Mazurkiewicz and Erin Cozzi; also survived by best friend Patrick Harper.

Duane adored his beloved late cat, who he had several names for, including Smokey Mariah Beyonce Collins!

Visitation on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service beginning at 6:30 p.m. at McInerney Central Chapel, 4635 S. Wallace St., Chicago, IL 60609. Cremation following in accordance with his wishes.
