Norman Gardner, a beloved resident of New Rochelle, passed away on September 6, 2025 at the age of 57. Born in Yonkers to the late Norman and Clara Gardner he grew up in Harrison and dedicated his life to his craft as a skilled carpenter. Norman will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a devoted brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched many lives.

An avid outdoorsman, Norman found joy in hunting, fishing, and caring for animals. He also enjoyed the freedom of the open road, often riding his cherished Harley Davidson motorcycle. His passion for life and kind spirit left an indelible mark on those who knew him.

Norman is survived by his loving siblings Charles Gardner (Sue) and Mary Jean Donat (Marshall). He was a proud and devoted uncle to Kristen (Jimmy), Jamie (Cristy), Jaclyn (Ale), Kyle (Stephanie) and Joseph and great uncle to Mia, Leo, Emma, Luna, Isabel, and Catalina. He is also survived by his dear aunt, Lucy Flynn, and uncle, Salvatore Grasso (Regina), along with many cousins and friends who will carry his memory in their hearts.

Viewing will be private. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday 11:00am at St. Gregory the Great RC Church in Harrison.
