Minnie Jarrell

Minnie Marie Aldridge Jarrell, 92 of Wayne, WV, went to be with the Lord Sunday, May 25, 2025 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 30, 2025 at Morris Funeral Home Chapel by Brother Mark Jarrell. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Wayne, WV. She was born May 25, 1933 in Wilsondale, WV , a daughter of the late Frank and Easter Maynard Aldridge. Minnie was a loving housewife who was dedicated to her family. Preceding her in death was her husband of 67 years, Paul Jarrell and son Arthur Jarrell as well as 4 brothers, Willis Aldridge, George Aldridge, Fillmore Aldridge, Fred Aldridge and 4 sisters, Slena Watts, Dorothy Brumfield, Georgia Perry and Hazel Stumbo. She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Jarrell of Wayne, WV; a son, Donald Jarrell and wife, Leilani of Browns Summit, NC; a daughter-in-law Jennifer Jarrell of Casselberry, FL; a granddaughter, Alicia Haugen of Barboursville, WV and a great-granddaughter, Kaytlin Elswick. She was also survived by one sister, Brookie Porter of Wayne, WV. Visitation will be from noon until service time at Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV. The family would like to thank Hospice of Huntington for their care and kindness shown during such a difficult time.
