Mary Dahl
Mary Elizabeth Dahl, age 65, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Manchester, New Jersey on June 18th 2025.
Mary was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 15th, 1959, to Robert E. Dahl & Mary A. (Shapland). She was a graduate of the former Dominican Commercial High School in Queens, was a long-time resident of Staten Island raising her children as a strong single mother while working as a Certified Nurse’s Aide at Carmel Richmond Nursing Home.
She was predeceased by her parents and her beloved brother Robert W. Dahl and is survived by Stephen (Katie) Dahl of Medina, OH, Christine (John) Szeluga of Scotch Plains, NJ, and Michael Modica of Richmond, VA; loving nana to Harrison, Benjamin, Rosemary, and Dorothy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday June 23rd at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Cranford, NJ at 10AM. Please assemble at the church.
