John 16:22

Mrs. Marilyn Kay Mulholland, age 83, passed away Sunday, June 22, 2025, at her home in Glendale, AZ. She was born in Herrin, IL to the late John & Hattie Tompkins in 1942.

Marilyn moved to Butte, MT and attended Butte High School. While there she met and married her late husband, Terrance Mulholland. She had three children and was a devoted stay-at-home mother until the girls were grown before returning to her career. She continued to care for her son, who is disabled, for many years until she could no longer. She retired in Boise, ID then moved to Phoenix, AZ for the remaining years until her death. Family and friends will miss her beyond words and her zest for life.

Marilyn is survived by her three children; Scott Mulholland, Sheila Stratford, & Cynthia Mulholland; son-in-law, Chuck Stratford; sister, Julia Stillman; brother-in-law, Dwight Eck; three nephews, Curtis, Jeffrey, and Jason Eck; and great-nephew, Gage Eck. She also leaves behind other family and long-time close friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Terrance Mulholland; parents John and Hattie Tompkins; brothers and sisters, Norman Tompkins, Gene Tompkins, Marlene Henderson, Pam Eck, and Beverley Sue Tompkins; and granddaughter, Kelsi Reid Stratford.

Her wish was to be cremated and no funeral service.
