Lillie Black

Lillie Black, a devoted mother, grandmother, and family matriarch, passed away on May 3, 2025, at the age of 85.

Born on May 30, 1939, Lillie resided on Heflin Ave East in Birmingham, AL, and spent her life cherishing time with her loved ones.

Lillie is survived by her children, Jerry Black and Roger Black (Catrina); grandchildren, Austin Black and Erin Black; and siblings, Randy Wise, Mary Parsons, and Katherine Vincent.

Preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters, Lillie’s legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.

A woman of many joys, Lillie delighted in gardening, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her love, kindness, and generosity inspired all who knew her.

Rest in peace, Lillie. Your memory will be cherished by those who loved you.
