66, lifelong resident of Canaryville, passed away unexpectedly August 6, 2025. Devoted husband of Maria O’Neill (Ortega); loving brother of William O’Neill and Tom (Ruth) O’Neill; dearest uncle of Sean (Jennifer) O’Neill, Tommy O’Neill, and Claire O’Neill (Liz Pasquier) and great-uncle of Naomi Pasquier; also survived by the Ortega family and numerous cousins and fond friends.

Kevin was preceded in death by his parents William and Edna O’Neill (James).

Kevin enjoyed spending time gardening and being outdoors. He absolutely cherished his time spent with his family, especially his wife, brothers, and parents.

Visitation on Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McInerney Central Chapel, located at 4635 S Wallace Street, Chicago, IL. Funeral 9:00 a.m. Monday, August 11, 2025 from McInerney Central Chapel to St. Gabriel Church, 600 West 45th Street. Mass of the Resurrection 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.
