Kathy’s presence will be deeply missed and her love will continue to live on in all of them.
Funeral services to honor Kathy’s life will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 16, 2025 at Fidler and Frame Funeral Home, Belle with Pastor Dana Clay officiating. Interment will follow in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar. Family and friends may gather for visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home on Friday.
