July gaming revenue up 8.85 percent in Carson City, 21.51 at South Shore Lake Tahoe

Carson City area casinos report July 2025 gaming revenue up 8.85 percent and South Shore Lake Tahoe up 21.51 percent for the month compared to July of 2024, according to the latest figures from the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
Casinos in Carson City, Gardnerville, Minden and all other areas of Douglas County except for South Shore Tahoe saw its gambling generated revenue, also known as “gaming win” at $12,389,023 for the month compared to $11,381,233 in July 2024.
At Lake Tahoe’s south shore, which includes the Stateline corridor, gaming generated revenue for the month was $37,688,125, compared to $31,017,166 in July 2024.
Elsewhere, gaming win was up in Washoe County by 7.40 percent, 9.93 percent in Reno and 3.21 percent in Sparks. North Shore Lake Tahoe gaming revenue was down 15.02 in July compared to July 2024.
Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,359,029,244 for the month of July 2025. This amounts to a 3.99 percent increase compared to July 2024, when licensees reported a gaming win of $1,306,841,233.
