Judy was born on September 24, 1946, in New Bedford, Massachusetts, to Raymond J. and Elsie Mae Buller. The family moved to Albuquerque, NM where she lived until she graduated high school. They both attended Kansas State in Manhattan, KS, where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Secondary Education.
Judy married Robert at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June, 6, 1968. They had two daughters, Heather Lyn and Heidi Rae, both born while they lived in Bossier City, LA on the Barksdale Air Force Base. After Robert’s military service, they moved to Collierville, TN. While there she began her career as a Radiologic Technologist, which continued for close to 20 years, even after their move to Texas.
In 2000, Robert and Judy moved to Granbury, TX. Soon after, they joined Our Savior Lutheran Church, where together they became very involved in activities and built long-lasting friendships. In 2012, they joined Laborers for Christ, where they helped build and remodel churches and other structures. This allowed them to enjoy travelling in their RV and visit various parts of the central U.S. In 2019, they moved back to Granbury, TX to be close to their family and friends.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Robert Gene; two daughters, Heather Lyn Stupalski of Watauga, and Heidi Rae Rossy and husband Nelson of North Richland Hills; one brother Randolph J.
