John Adams

John Chester Adams, 78, of San Diego, CA, passed away on July 20, 2025, from complications related to cancer. He was born on April 26, 1947, in Prairie Village, Kansas, to John and Maxine Adams.

John joined the Navy in 1966 and was stationed aboard the USS Rehoboth (AGS 50), later serving at Naval Base San Diego, where he met his wife, Judy.

After the birth of their son, Jason, he left the Navy and began working in the civil service as a computer systems analyst at various installations until his retirement in 2010.

He is survived by his son, Jason, and granddaughter, Natalie, both of San Diego, as well as his brother, Mark, of Illinois.
