James Etzel
James “Jim” Etzel age 84, of Hartford, Wisconsin passed away on Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025, at the Aurora Medical Center in Summit.
Jim was born on June 8th, 1941, in Milwaukee, WI to Elmer and Dorothy (nee Winkenwerder) Etzel. He was united in marriage to Patricia Bandoli on October 7th, 1961.
Jim served in the United States Army 1962, he later went on to work at Outboard Marine Corporation for several years. He was a long-time member of Town & Country Beagle Club and will be missed by fellow Beaglers and weekly breakfast buddies.
He is loved and survived by his wife of 63 years, Patricia Etzel; children, Todd (Kelly) Etzel, Jodi Matson, and Scott (Jayme) Etzel; nine wonderful grandchildren, two great grandchildren; sister, Sandra (Jon) Hendricks; brother-in-law, Larry (Tierney) Bandoli. He is further survived by other loved cousins and dear friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ronald Etzel; siblings-in-law, Robert R. Bandoli, Judy Bandoli, Beverly (Bandoli) Siegel; and parents-in-law, Robert and Hazel Bandoli.
Family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
