Donna Vivoli

Donna Vivoli, age 92, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, of San Jose CA passed away surrounded by the love of her family on June 21.

A Christmas Eve baby, she was born on December 24, 1932 in Saginaw, MI to Albert and Zillah Dashner. Shortly after moving with her parents to Mount Clemens,MI Donna graduated high school in 1950 and Married Joseph Vivoli in 1951. While living in Mount Clemens, together they had four children.

They moved the family to Aurora,IL in 1965 where Donna devoted her life to loving and raising her children. She was a great cook and had a homemade dinner on the table every night by 6:00. The house was always spotless and the laundry ironed with careful attention.

Donna was blessed with nine grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren As the family grew, she enjoyed the holidays baking, decorating and hosting large family dinners. She loved going to her grandchildren’s many events.

Donna now leaves her children: ( Kristin)Vivoli, Terri Vivoli, Daniel (Marianne) Vivoli, Ron ( Alicia) Vivoli,

Grandchildren: Chad (Wendy) Vivoli and their daughters Brynn and Halle, Amy (Paul) Leisher and their two boys, Evan and Ian , Joe (Katie) Vivoli and son Max, Danny Vivoli, Ryan Vivoli, Tony (Katie) Vivoli and son Luca , Alyssa (Quan) Melvin and their two children Nora and Graham, Sarah Vivoli and Trevor (“Lizzy”)Vivoli

Two Nieces: Debbie (Glen) Stark and Chris ( Stan ) Turkiewicz and many other extended family members.

Donna is reunited with her husband Joseph Vivoli and son David Vivoli who proceeded her in death.

She leaves a lasting legacy and will be forever missed
