Denny Foreman

Denny Ray Foreman, known affectionately as Denny to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2025, at the age of 93. Born on May 21, 1931, in Los Angeles, CA, he was a man whose life was characterized by courage, dedication, and a profound sense of duty. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Nancy K Foreman. Denny departed this world in Corona, CA, after a battle with congestive heart failure.

Denny’s early life was marked by his service to his country; he was a proud veteran of the Korean War, serving from 1950 to 1952. His bravery and sacrifice were recognized with several commendations, including two Purple Heart Medals, the Army Occupation Medal (Japan), the United Nation Service Medal, and the Korean Service Medal with a Bronze star. These medals were a testament to his valor and the selfless spirit he carried throughout his life.

After his honorable discharge from the military, Denny embarked on a successful 30-year career with Garrett Air Research, where he dedicated himself with the same passion and commitment that he devoted to his country. He retired in 1991, leaving behind a legacy of excellence and reliability.

Beyond his professional and military accomplishments, Denny was known for his keen interest in military weaponry and western artifacts. His collection was not merely a hobby but a reflection of his appreciation for history and the preservation of a bygone era. Those who knew him often marveled at the depth of his knowledge and the care with which he maintained his prized collection.

As we bid farewell to Denny, we celebrate a life well-lived, a journey completed with dignity, and a chapter closed with the same grace with which it was written. Rest in peace, Denny.
