With shattered hearts we announce the passing of Dennis Allen Flowers. Please continue to lift his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Dennis Allen Flowers, 71, of Eastpoint, Florida, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 11, 2025. He was born April 5, 1954, in Apalachicola to the late Bruford and Annie Mae Flowers.
Dennis was a retired Department of Corrections officer, an avid hunter, and a hard-working, simple man whose infectious smile could brighten any room. He loved watching westerns, and his passion for life was only surpassed by the deep love he had for his family. A man of faith, Dennis was a devoted member of the United Baptist Church, where his presence and warmth touched many lives.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Beverly Flowers; his son, Dennis Allen Flowers, JR (Jenny); his daughter, Gina Tran (Jean-Paul); sisters, Debbie Flowers and Deedre Golden (Charles); and grandchildren, Gabby Sandvoss, Grace Tran, Gillian Tran, Shelby Flowers, and Emily Flowers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruford and Annie Mae Flowers.
Dennis will be remembered for his steadfast faith, his generous heart, and the light he brought to all who knew him.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 16th at 11:00 AM, United Baptist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral. He will be laid to rest in Eastpoint Cemetery.
