David Waters

David R. Waters (80) of New Smyrna Beach, FL died peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

David was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in 1944 to Charles Henry Waters and Ruth Clara Waters. He attended Bensalem High School and after graduating joined the U.S. Air Force. He spent most of his career as a Service Technician for the phone company.

David was preceded in death by his wife of 53 years, Joanne; his sisters Jane, Judy and Joy and his brother John. He is survived by his daughter, Dana, her husband Ashley and their two children; his son, Adam, his wife Mellissa and their son; his son Matthew, his wife Mandi and their son; his sister, Anne; sister-in-law Nancy and later-in-life love, Glenda.

A Celebration of Life will be held in New Smyrna Beach, FL on Saturday, July 26th at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, please take the people you love out for ice cream and give them a big hug.
