Charles Maynard

Charles Ronnie Maynard 84 of Raccoon, KY passed from this earthly life Friday May 2, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.

Ronnie was born Saturday December 28, 1940, in Pike County, KY a son of the late Robert and Hettie Looney Maynard.

Ronnie was an US Army Veteran and a mechanic/welder by trade.

Other than his parents Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife Marcelene (Brown) Maynard; three brothers Bill, Marion, and Todge Maynard and two sisters Nancy Smith and Clara Meade.

Ronnie is survived by two sons Robert Todd (Tonja) Maynard of Lexington, KY and Charles Keaton Maynard of Pikeville, KY; one daughter Leona Carol (Leigh) Rose of Tuscumbia, AL; two sisters Geraldine Collins and Gaye Smith; and five grandchildren Maggie Maynard, Lindsey Maynard, Natalee Britton, Mackenzie Britton and Keaton Tate Maynard.

Ronnie leaves behind many other family and friends to mourn his passing.
