Charles Henry LaCroix, age 87, of Faribault, died on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Faribault on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park, Faribault.
Visitation will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Faribault for one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
Arrangements are being completed by the Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault.
Charles Henry, the son of Bernard and Selma (Luecke) LaCroix was born on August 12, 1937 in Faribault, Minnesota. Charles devoted more than 31 years to the Faribault Fire Department, serving with distinction as both a firefighter and captain. He also honorably served in the U.S. Army stationed at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico. He married Delrose J. (Hecksel) LaCroix on June 24, 1961 in Watertown, MN.
He is survived by his four children, Timothy (and Susan) LaCroix of Fort Wayne, IN; Deborah (and David) Stellwagen of Fort Wayne, IN; Stephen LaCroix of Rock Island, IL; and Robert (and Jennifer) LaCroix of Waterville; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Blegen (LaCroix); one brother-in-law, Roger Wolff; and other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Delrose (Hecksel) LaCroix; one brother, James LaCroix; and his parents.
