Cecil Kemp

Cecil Dwight Kemp, 79, of Munford, TN passed away on May 16, 2025. Mr. Kemp was retired from Shelby County Juvenile Court and was a member of Union Avenue Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Dwight “Eric” Kemp and a grandson, SSGT Kerry Kemp. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Lea Mangrum of Munford, TN and a son, Adam Rowan Kemp of Memphis, TN; one sister, Judy Stauffer of  Oklahoma; one brother, Bobby Kemp of Pensacola, Florida; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
