Carolyn Vaughn

Carolyn Vaughn, age 67 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025 at her residence. She was born June 17, 1957 in Martin, Kentucky to the late Amos & Pauline Bradley Vaughn. She was a member of Arkansas Church of Christ. She is survived by her Brother: Steven Jon Vaughn of Dwale, Kentucky; Sisters: Doreka Vaughn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Jerry Cornette of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Janelle Carver of Lewisburg, Tennessee, Lucille (Jarvey Dean) Lafferty of Dwale, Kentucky, Regina Mullins of Pulaski, Tennessee & Dedra Vaughn of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; A Host of Nieces & Nephews. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will begin Monday, May 19, 2025 at 2pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Dwale Community Cemetery, Dwale, Kentucky
