Arlene Miller

It is with great sadness that Arlene Miller (Otsie) has passed away peacefully on Monday August 25, 2025, at the Homestead Nursing Home in Newton NJ with her son Randy by her side at the age of 91. Arlene is survived by her son, Randy, Grandchildren Nicole and Matthew, Nephew Lance and Sister Peggy. Arlene was preceded in death by her daughter Lori, and Nephew Stuart. Arlene was born in Manhattan, but lived her life in Yonkers, NY. She worked at the Grinton |. Will Library in Yonkers N.Y., and retired from the Westchester Medical College Library in Valhalla N.Y. Arlene had a great love of nature, the outdoors, and animals, especially her cat Bippi who brought her so much love and happiness. Arlene always had kind words and a positive attitude no matter the situation and always put a smile on the faces on the people that she met. Arlene loved Carlos Restaurant in Yonkers N.Y., especially their Eggplant Parmigiana, and was such a regular throughout her life that her picture is on the wall. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
